Terms and Conditions

How long will my order take?

Even though we try and do all orders as soon as possible, standard production time is between 3 - 5 working days, excluding weekends.
Delivery time is 1 - 5 working days, depending on where in South Africa you are ordering from.
Rush orders can be accommodated if stock is available, at a cost of R100 per item. We keep limited stock, and orders are mainly made just for YOU.
During holidays and special occasions, production time may be slightly longer due to high demand. This will be communicated to you upfront.

What are the delivery options?

Nationwide delivery is available via Fastway Couriers at their published rates.
Free delivery is applicable to orders over R1 500.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations can only be made within 24 hours after you’ve placed your order. If you are within that time frame, email us at hello@doekekoekstudio.co.za.
A 20% cancellation fee is applicable.

Are returns or exchanges possible?

Yes. Returns of non-personalised items are accepted for store credit only. To start the process, please email us at hello@doekekoekstudio.co.za.
If you need to return or exchange goods purchased from Doeke Koek Studio, they must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed, free of stains, odours, animal hair, and returned in the original packaging. All returns are accepted at the sole discretion of Doeke Koek Studio. Your money will be refunded once the item(s) have been returned and inspected.
Items must be returned within 7 days at your own cost. Doeke Koek Studio does not cover return delivery costs.
A 30% handling fee will be applicable for all credit returns or exchanges.

Note: All personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged. Additionally, any sale items cannot be returned.

Payments

Instant payments available via Yoco and EFT.
If EFT is chosen as a payment option, payment must be made within 24 hours of placing your order, as we cannot reserve stock for unpaid orders.
Production will only start once we have received your payment and not on the date the order was placed.
Unpaid EFT orders will regrettably be cancelled if no payment is received within 72 hours.

How do I care for the product?

Crafted from soft, 100% cotton fabric, the onesies and T-shirts offer both comfort and style.
The onesies and T-shirts are easy to care for and can be machine washed on a cold, gentle cycle. Do not iron directly on the print.

General

Please be aware that colours may appear slightly different depending on the brightness and contrast settings of your device.
The onesies are available in long and short sleeve options, they’re perfect for any season and with a range of sizes available, you’ll find the perfect fit for Mom, Dad, and little one. Please ensure that you choose the correct sizing and sleeve length.
Please ensure that names are submitted with the correct spelling.
Please ensure that you provide the correct delivery address. We do not deliver to PO Box addresses. Doeke Koek Studio cannot take responsibility or ensure that anyone is home to accept your parcel.

Doeke Koek Studio will not be held liable for incorrect details submitted on the order form. This includes misspelling of names, incorrect sizing and sleeve length, and submitting of incorrect delivery details.
